I cannot believe that Verizon doesn't realize that kids today communicate largely through third party apps that utilize wifi. That being the case, parents have no control over their kids phone use short of taking the phone away, turning off the wifi, or changing the password (over & over, which an agent actually suggested to me).
Of course once they leave the house...where can't they access wi-fi? Schools have it, their friends have it, coffee shops, malls...
Given all that, exactly what restrictions am I setting up?
