Will I get 4G in China?

If I get the travel pass, will I get 4G in Shanghai, Nanjing, and Beijing? Also, will I be charged extra for calling or texting Chinese phone numbers? Vice versa, a well. My phone has a dual SIM and is internationa unlocked, so I'm trying to figure out the best option for my situation. My main concern with using a Chinese service provider while there is security.

1991James, I definitely get the importance of having access to service while you are in China. You have come to the right place for help. China is indeed included with TravelPass. If you're in a TravelPass country, you can use TravelPass to call phone numbers within the country you're in, or US numbers too. This FAQ helps address all of your questions.

I had no problem getting 4G in China during a recent visit. Data and text were pretty smooth. I wasn't always able to make phone calls though. But that wasn't a big deal for me.
