Will there ever be a Windows 10 "Universal App" for Messages Plus? I love the desktop app on my Surface tablet, but it would be nice to have a touch-friendly version of the program.

Seven years have passed, where is it? (and don't point me at the "web client" which is just a webpage and there's no notifications if you don't open it every time you start up the computer and log into it every time it times out)
