all my Verizon messages disappeared on the desktop app

All my messages disappeared on the desktop app this morning. They still show on the phone's app, but when I launch it here there's nothing. I'm on a MacBook Pro using OS 10.10.5 Yosemite.

I love this app and just got my husband started using it on our desktop, so don't want it to "glitch" - Help?

Look no further help is here. I love this app on my phone & computer. Lets look into this further. Was there a recent update to the software on your computer? Have you deleted & re-added the app?
