announcement switch 2 dash 53

only on certain numbers I get:

welcome to Verizon wireless your call can not be completed as dialed. please check your number. announcement switch 2 dash 53.

while other numbers work just fine but I do need to connect every time when I make the call and i can not figure out why certain calls I can not dial out.

Please help.

I called Verizon wireless customer service to reset the network and all with not avail.
