I downloaded the Android app and the desktop app a few months ago. Now neither the desktop version nor the Android version will receive messages. I can send fine but not receive. I have uninstalled both versions & reinstalled twice. I also cannot receive in the web.vma.com any more either.
I need to get this working as I travel every week with my work and need to be able to receive my messages.
