every since this messenger+ update all of the customization that i had with other verizon users has went to default and will not change. When will this be fixed?

I absolutely love being able to customize my individual conversations using Messages+. Let's get this figured out right away. What happens when you attempt to customize a particular contact in your device? What make/model device are you using?
