In the last couple of weeks, texts emailed to cell#@vtext.com from my work domain are not showing up as texts on my phone anymore. I can email from my personal gmail account and it works. The emails don't bounce back, they just don't appear as texts. I checked with our work email hosting service and they said they see in their logs that the emails were sent without incident.
Is their anyway to get Verizon to check from their end and see if they can tell what has happened to them.
