I dialed 911 last week and I received a message that my smart family was deactivated and I am now recieving calls from blocked numbers. How do I reactivate my account
Oh goodness, Mcolettafatboy, I certainly hope everything is okay. When a Smart Family User calls 911 you will be notified. All call restrictions and blocked contact settings are suspended until you reapply them.

If you tried opening the link from the email notification, that's why it gave an error. It works fine when opening from the community forum.
