when i try to send a text message it says 15 minutes instead of send. why?

HI nadesk,

When you hold down the Send button too long, it will pop up message delay settings. These delay settings are a part of the Scheduled Messages feature.  To prevent this pop up, please Tap the Send button rather than holding it down.
