ESPN+ PlayMore bundle not working

We have the Play More Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ bundle, but have not been able to get anything on ESPN to work. We keep getting a notice to purchase a new plan or that the game selected is not available in our area. This notice comes up on EVERYTHING we attempt to click on in ESPN.

What do we do to fix this when we pay for the full bundle as is?

The Disney+ Bundle is one of my favorite packages, and I'd like to help you make the most of it. The Disney+ app has made some changes, and you can now access ESPN when you log in to Disney+. Check the tabs for Hulu, ESPN, etc. Please select ESPN, and you should be able to start enjoying the ESPN menu and app. Please let us know if these steps work; if not, we'll be happy to continue assisting you.

I am having the exact same issue.....I can watch games of no consequence to me. A good example is the Syracuse/Clemson game that is supposed to be live on ESPN+ right now....but when I try to watch it I am taken to a screen to get access. I put in the required code which then takes me to another screen to sign in with TV provider or browse plans, which then wants to pay $30 a month for ESPN unlimited. This used to be a good deal for me and one of the main reasons I have stayed with Verizon, but now it is just smoke and mirrors. I could go with another phone provider and take the money I save to pay for ESPN unlimited and get all of my content back.

With the recent changes that ESPN has made by adding their new ESPN Unlimited plan and migrating ESPN+ into ESPN Select which is a basic plan, there may be changes to the available content. The Disney Bundle service that is available to our mobile customers does not include ESPN Unlimited. For more details, please visit:
