I tried following these steps using my computer and not my phone
"Unsubscribe through +play"
From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon
- From the My Verizon Home navigate:
Click
Manage (at the top).
From the 'Active' section, click
Manage below the applicable subscription.
From the 'Manage' section, click
Cancel subscription.
- Review the info then click
Remove
When I all of the above, I do not see the option to cancel. This is what I see.

The only options I can change is my payment method and service address
