All 3 Lines Say Enrolled in Disney+ Bundle but Only 1 Line Can Use It

Disney+ is now requiring all users of the account to live in the same home so two of the lines that have always had access to Disney+ cannot use the service. Will the other two users still be able to have the service that comes with their lines if they set up new Disney+ accounts?
