Hello,
I have a grandfathered plan that provides for ad-free Disney, Hulu (w/ads) and ESPN. Now we need to update our phones and it seems the offer that goes with some of the plans as perks only offers $10/month for Disney+ (w/ads), Hulu (w/ads) and ESPN.
Is there a way to upgrade within the new bundle perk to continue our Disney+ without ads? The information on the website isn't crystal clear on that and I have received different answers with each Verizon customer service agent I have spoken to.
Thank you for your attention to this question.

Great question, most newer promotions require one of our newer MyPlans (Unlimited Welcome, Unlimited Plus or Unlimited Ultimate). With the MyPlan you can add on Disney+ bundle w/ ads as a perk and pay an additional fee to upgrade to the ad-free version.
If you want to see if there are any personalized upgrade offers where you can keep your current plan, you can look on My Verizon under "Me" and scroll down to "My Offers".

Thank you for your response. Yes, I am aware it requires one of the new plans. What is the additional fee to upgrade, so I can keep my ad-free Disney+, as I have right now with the legacy bundle? Thank you for your help.
