Can’t access nfl+ and Netflix promotion

Hello,
I had an email offering 1 year of nfl+ premium and Netflix for 99.99 and when I click the link and go to checkout it asks me to sign in. After signing in that offer no longer appears only the standard nfl+ packages show up. Please help.

Please assist with this matter. I called three days last week and no one could assist me.. I select “Get it Now” for the annual subscription that offers NFL plus and Netflix on us. After selecting get it now the screen goes to the sign in screen. I sign in and can no longer find the offer for NFL plus in Netflix on us. It only shows the monthly subscriptions. How can I get to the terms and conditions in payment page for this offer?

Im having the same issue. I’ve spoken with several Verizon representatives over the phone and no one seems to know what to do. Can you please help. Promo ends tomorrow (10/31/2024)

The reason we asked is that it you have already taken advantage of a promotion that includes Netflix on Us, you're not eligible to get Netflix on Us again. I took advantage of the AMC+ Netflix Premium BOGO October of 2023 which has expired now. Trying to sign up for the NFL Netflix BOGO and it says I’m not eligible. Is the Netflix on us intended to be once per account or is this a glitch? If this is the intended behavior then the terms and conditions and probably the FAQs should be updated.

Hey Joe198, I know how enticing it is to get Netflix on Us with another promotion. You are correct that you can only get Netflix on Us once as a promotion, so you would not be eligible for the promotion again.
