Disney+ Bundle does not work

The agent at the Verizon store canceled my old Disney+ bundle and told me I would get a new Disney+ bundle including Netflix.  The problem is that I can't activate it.  Several Verizon reps have tried to help me by asking me to try this or try that.  Finally they asked me to call Disney to get it to work.  Sorry Verizon, this is super poor customer service with a plan that just doesn't work for my account.  It has taken me hours which I don't have for something that should be enjoyable and simple.  I just canceled the whole thing.  Done.
