Disney Plus bundle upgrade

I'm a current Hulu Live customer that includes Disney+ (no ads) and ESPN+. I'm thinking about switching to the Disney+ bundle offered via my cell plan. However, if I switch I'd lose the "Live" part of Hulu. If I make the switch, will I be able to get Hulu Live? And if so, would I simply have to pay the price difference between the programs?
