Disney bundle app wants me to create a new account

Disney app suddenly stopped on my phone, working on my televisions. App first says "Log Out?" When I log out, and log back in it says, "You're one step closer to streaming." Only option given is "Complete Subscription" which then directs you to all the options that require one to subscribe to another plan (in addition to myVerizon).

I'm glad to hear the service is still working on your television. For your phone I would recommend removing the app and then downloading it again. From there you should have an option to login. Please use your existing login credentials to sign back into the app. There is no need to revalidate your subscription or enroll in the service again, as your account is already setup. I'm wondering if Disney has been doing something with their website/app because I've been having trouble using Hulu in the past few weeks on my PC. Have you tried reinstalling the Disney app and contacting their support?
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
