Disney bundle

Having the hardest time setting up my Disney bundle thru my plan get more. I ended up having to pay out of pocket in order to activate it. When I used the activate link it kept telling me to pick a plan and put in my card number. Disney wasn’t able to help.

Yes same email and everything. I had the get more plan. I changed it for a short time period and went back to the get more plan and I’ve been having issues ever since then.

Thanks for checking on that. Was the bundle added to your number previously? If so, are you seeing the option to add the bundle to your number?

Thanks for that info! Do you recall what plan you had switched to for a short time? Does your My Verizon account show that you are enrolled in the Disney bundle?

The current plans that are available I had the Disney bundle add on with that plan and switched back to the get more and it says enrolled. But it also gives me the option to add on the Disney bundle.
