Upgraded and was encouraged to pay $10 for Disney perk which replaced $0 Disney Premium perk

I upgraded to iPhone 16 Pro Max, which necessitated changing to a new plan. I was told I would be able to add the bundle back with the $10 Disney bundle perk since we use those services currently (via the perk on our older plan which includes the Disney Premium bundle for $0).
Verizon’s website states " If you have an existing paid subscription to Disney+ or the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ (With Ads) through Verizon and switch all eligible lines to Unlimited Welcome, Unlimited Plus, or Unlimited Ultimate phone plans and do not enroll in Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ (With Ads) plan perk, your existing subscription to Disney+ or your bundle will continue."
This makes it seem like we would have been able to continue the better, Disney premium bundle at $0, and did NOT need to sign up for the $10 perk with ads. This was not communicated to us in store.
Anyone else have experience with this?

Resolution Update: Support was able to confirm that when Disney+ Premium On Us has been cancelled or removed, it cannot be added again. This includes changing to a plan that does not include the Disney+ Premium On Us feature.
If others encounter similar problems with Disney+ Premium On Us, common factors can include changing to a non qualifying plan, cancelling or removing the Disney+ Premium On Us feature, or system issues.
For anyone facing a similar issue now, we recommend reviewing this link for more details around Disney+ Premium On Us (which is no longer included with any of our current plans): https://www.verizon.com/solutions-and-services/add-ons/entertainment/disney-plus/

Hello Ssmith103, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. When you switch plans, some benefits that were previously included (Disney Bundle) are no longer included in our new My Plan (Unlimited Ultimate, Unlimited Plus and Unlimited Welcome). However, you may always add the Disney Bundle to any of our new plans by adding it as a Perk. Which seems to be what has been done in your scenario. The website disclosure indicates paid subscriptions, because your previous plan included the Disney Bundle at $0, it would not be classified as a paid subscription. Good news, perks are optional and can be modified at any moment. Please let us know if they helped resolve your concerns.

The issue is, I was told I could keep the same Disney Bundle by signing up for Disney Plus with my new plan, but the new plan is not Disney Plus Premium. I would not have changed if I knew I was losing my Disney Plus Premium Plan. How can I get my Disney Plus Premium Plan back?
