Ever since Verizon upgraded my Set top boxes, the system has been very slow. The TV grid is slow. changing channels is slow, turning the TV on and off is slow, etc.
How do I get the speed back that I had before the upgrade?
I recently had the same experience... a forced upgrade and now using the TV functionality is very frustrating. The previous generation was Motorola and the new ones are by Arris. I'd rather go back to the old stuff based on my experience so far.
