Verizon Software Repair Assistant

I for the life on me do not understand VERIZON.

My ASUS tablet just bit the dust. The Screen tells me to Connect the P001 Tablet to my PC then download and Run the Verizon Software Repair Tool Assistant to fix my corrupt Tablet OS.

So I find the software assistant - but there is no download - just a checklist to run it (afer it is downloaded and installed on my PC)... After 6-Hours looking around I thought I found it +++ A Download on the Verizon Site to download the installer to install the Verizon Software Repair assistant.... Whoo Hoo - and since it was on the Verizon Download site I'm in..

So I download it and it required me to attach it to my Chrome Browser... Then it wanted to download a download assistant... Then after three separate downloads and installs I am ready to go...

So Now I have a PC App Assistant that is offering me tons of downloads and apps - But NO VERIZON SOFTWARE REAIR ASSISTANT... JUST GARBAGE,

Tell me Verizon - What is someone supposed to do with their ASUS tablet that was working just fine yesterday but today will not Boot???

Most of all - Where do you find this mythical software suite...??

When I did a search on the Verizon website for Verizon Software Repair Assistant, the only links which come up are very old. This is likely something Verizon no longer offers. It's hard to say what happened to your tablet, but I think you'll have to buy a new one.
