A few days ago my gf called vz to buy me a tab. She was approved for $1000, so figured let's get this tab s9 fe for $15 a month. 2 days after that, I called vz to see how much we would actually pay a month for it, and the service person said $96. I was like what?!! Yeah, they snuck a service plan in with this tab that I didn't want, or need because I get home internet. And I told the supervisor that this service plan wasn't told to us over the phone. So she checks the recording, then she says my gf never called the 800 number and she did it online. I said no, we did not do it online we did it through a customer service rep, and she said she couldn't find the recorded call. They snuck this service plan in with this tab. Next week we are going to return the tab, and I found the same exact one for $200 less. People, when buying a tab from them, make sure they tell you everything before you walk out the door with it thinking you're only paying $15. This tab is $589, with this 3 year service plan we would end up paying $3,456. I'm really surprised.

The great news is that if you're still within 30-days of the purchase, you can return the equipment and close the account if you prefer.
