I made the trade in back in October 2022. I never got the trade in value of $800. I called multiple times and each time they mentioned it will be added in the next 2 billing cycles. They actually told me everything looked good and that i should receive it.
This is outrageous I haven't got a concrete answer on this yet. Worst service ever. Thinking of complaining on this to the BBB or some other place.
A year is far too long to be waiting for a promotional value from a trade-in, Kengitze. I know I wouldn't want to leave any money on the table like that. We can help, but we will need account access. Please be on the lookout for a private message from us so we can assist.
