You may need to call Customer Service 800-922-0204.
IMO I find it easiest to go to a corporate Verizon store to get new service or additional services added. Check the Stores link at the top of the page to locate a store if needed. Try not to use the 3rd party stores, because they may charge you additional fees not associated with Verizon.
