Billing Error

So this is something ive delt with since getting my phone and wifes phone. This was when the iphone 16 was getting sold for the first time. I applied for two phones both with a trade in and 1000 promotional credit. Since then ive been having to deal with getting the wrong amount of credit for both phones and at first for one trade in they took it and counted it as recycled, not trade in. Im very inraged that every month i have to either vist a store or call *611 to get this looked at only to have it it still be an issue. They always say the same thing, no compensation for loss time and causing unneeded stress and that they verified that it was taken care of. Oh and the kicker, there is no accountability of record of who worked on your account last, well thats according to what they tell me, only thing visible is what they've done; which has been just wasted my time due to false promises.

Wish Verizon would change the verbiage on their trade-in promotions to say "UP to X dollars for your trade-in".  You're not the first customer by a long shot to report this.  And it's because not every trade-in is worth the maximum offer.  If you ask me, I'd be willing to bet MOST trade-ins aren't worth the maximum offer.
