Blatantly lied to by rep on phone and tricked into contract

I was blatantly lied to when I called to use insurance on wife’s pixel 6… I was told that insurance was not valid for the screen glitching and was told that if we turned in her old pixel she could get a new one at no cost with trade in and that the new phone would not be locked to Verizon.. the old one was paid off and we’ve been loyal customers for over five years… they said we would only be locked for 60 days and as soon as old one was received by them it would be even Steven… see we are moving soon and Verizon does not work well where we’re going.. we asked for clarification several times and was promised as long as they got old one we were free and clear and welcome to leave Verizon
