On May 10, 2024 I initiated a trade in deal to get the IPhone 15 free with any iPhone trade in. The packaged was delivered before the 30 day deadline. However it was never marked in Verizon’s system as received. They have continued to charge me for the iPhone 15 and charged me for the entirety of the phone with monthly payment. I have made several calls and a resolution has not been found. They have now restricted me from making calls and from speaking to a representative. I have no way to get a resolution without being forced to pay 600$ that i am not supposed to have to pay. Very upset and waiting for it to be resolved in the 7-10 business days that I was told. I made my bill payment (197$) last week as I was told by a representative. He said my service wouldn’t be cut off. But now look at me.. no service and no way to contact Verizon AT ALL.
