CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN AWFUL.
IVE BEEN A MEMBER OF VERIZON FOR A FEW YEARS NOW AND IVE HAD NO ISSUES UNTIL RECENTLY.
I BELIEVE THE CHAT IS AUTOMATED AND NONE OF THE AGENTS ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND WITH MY MOBILE AND HOME DISCOUNT. BEEN WAITING OVER 4 MONTHS NOW. I GET A DIFFERENT EXCUSE EACH TIME I CHAT WITH AN AGENT. THEY'VE EVEN CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. IM CLOSE TO SWITCHING TO A NEW MOBILE AND HOME PROVIDER. I DON'T THINK ANYONE AT VERIZON CAN HELP ME AT THIS POINT. IVE BEEN PATIENT BUT I DON'T THINK I CAN DEAL WITH THIS ANYMORE.
