I bought a phone online in March and fell for the whole "mail in your trade-in" deal. I dropped my phone off, got a tracking number and the phone made it to its destination on April 15th.
In May, I get a charge back notice because they are claiming they never received my phone. I called and spent over an hour on the phone - 20 minutes was trying to explain the situation and the rest waiting for them to sort it out. Finally, I'm assured it has been taken care of as they found the tracking number and confirmed the phone had been delivered.
The situation was never resolved and I'm still having to pay for the phone that was mailed and received back in April.
This seems to be a common thing. The only way people have gotten a real resolution is posting here or filling complaint with the BBB.
