Never have I experienced such terrible customer service from Verizon. My latest online phone trade in has been a nightmare. I went to 2 different stores, no one would help me. I spoke with 1 person on the phone and one online and both assured me that my trade in issue was fixed when they didn’t do anything they said they would. Finally I spoke with a 5th representative that helped me. Dropped my phone off for trade in at a corporate store, got a receipt and then 2 weeks later I get a text that says I have 10 days to trade in my phone. I then spoke with a representative via text and she said she would update my account because for whatever reason it wasn’t updated because they did receive it. Told me to update my app and it would show that they received it. I updated and it still doesn’t say it. Never have I ever received such horrible, slow customer service. Will be switching phone providers as this is completely unacceptable.
