Credited and then Re-Charged

Here’s my dilemma: When the AWU2 was released, I ordered it and setup a trade in for my AWU1.  I was sent a return label for the trade with my AWU2, sent the AWU1 back.  I got an email stating it was received a week or so later.  Then a month after that, I got an email stating it was not sent.  I came in here, spoke via private message to support, they found that it went to the IN depot, the IMEI was checked into their system, then it apparently disappeared.  They credited my account the $180 I was to receive for trade, which was the outcome I wanted.  Now a month later, my account has been charged $118.14, couldn’t figure out why but I paid it, as soon as I paid, I now owe another $61.84, totaling $180.00! So basically support credited me what I was owed and now they’re taking it back! This is the third device in a row I’ve sent back for either upgrade or trade and every single one had an issue similar to this.  I wanna know what the cr*p is happening and why I’m being re-charged the credit I was rightfully granted? I will NEVER trade anything into VZW again after this, straight selling is the better option and always yields more money anyway.  Please fix this, and yes I’ve sent a private message as well.

Hi jcoop269! Do you have time to reply to the private message sent so we can look at the details on the account for what has happened with your trade-in promotional credit. We can look at details that are causing the dilemma!
