I utilized a promotion to upgrade to an iPhone 15 and return my current device. I received the iPhone 15 and put my old device in the prepaid envelope and shipping label. The tracking number is showing the device was delivered to a location in Whiteland, IN. I’m seeing multiple posts and tweets about Verizon reps alleging that this is not a Verizon facility, even though this has happened to many of us.
Now I am being charged the full amount for my returned device and the promotion for my new device has not been applied. I have not been able to get assistance from customer rep chats/calls. As a long-time Verizon customer, this is incredibly frustrating and makes me want to drop my phone off at a store and switch carriers. I do not want to pay $600 for a device that I have returned.
