Verizon has denied me a promised promo credit for a device(phone) trade in. The shipment was “damaged” and “discarded” by UPS. I contacted customer service and that was completely useless, and UPS will not disclose information because Verizon is the shipper.
I am a customer of 19 years and I think I will pay off balances due on devices and take my four lines somewhere else. It’s a shame that Verizon is willing to risk losing a long term customer for $12 per month. It’s a measly $415 over 36 months, so it is a matter of principle to me.
Does anyone know who to contact to close the account without going through the entry level customer service representatives that say they are resolving the problem but do nothing?
