Different value for my trade in and cost of my new phone per month

I ordered the S24+ with the promise that my trade in value of my old phone would only make my bill go up $10.00 a month. So far I have been hit with an almost $68.00 charge back and instead of $10.00 per month it is $36.00 and some change. This will be my last upgrade from Verizon!
