I still have not received my trade in credit from when I had to upgrade my phone because it had major issues. I had problems with it from day 1. I finally decided to upgrade. Then, I noticed the other day that Verizon is charging me over $500 for the phone that they have in their possession. I was told that the credit has to be put through by a supervisor and that it takes longer for a large credit. I have had service with Verizon for almost 20 years and I have probably got a record for the most calls to Verizon. I had originally paid over $400 to upgrade to the phone that they’re trying to charge me for in the first place. If this isn’t taken care of really soon, I will be contacting an attorney and ending my service with Verizon. There’s no sense in the issues I have had ongoing for so long. You don’t charge someone for a phone when you have the phone. I have texts and emails stating they received the phone. I’m so tired of getting the run around with this! I will not pay over $551 for my service when I don’t even have the device. THIS IS SO RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!
