I traded in a phone, sent the phone back with the label Verizon gave me. They are claiming they never got it. They charged us $524 saying they never got the phone. UPS tracking says the package was delivered! I got proof of delivery and they are still arguing with me. They keep telling me to go back to the store, but the store tells me to contact customer service online. I'm getting the run around. How can I get my $524 back or get my phone back from Verizon?!?! I have been a customer for over 12 years and never had this problem!!!
