FAQs on website says we can only turn in trade in devices at corporate stores or online, but I've turned several into Authorized Retailers with zero problems over the last 6 months.
When will the website FAQs be updated to reflect the fact that Authorized Retailers can and do accept all trade ins EXCEPT for trade ins associated with new phone orders made online or via telephone/webchat?
Authorized Retailers make up over 75% of all stores for all carriers and almost always provide a much more quality level of service/support according to millions of Google reviews all over the country, so it seems pretty important to let everyone know those FAQs are super outdated and need correction ASAP.
Why keep funneling clients to overcrowded corporate locations that corporate doesn't want to run anyway when they can get better, faster service at Authorized Retailers?
