Missing Trade-In Credit Again

The problems continue with trade-in credits not processed correctly. I traded in two iphone 12 for two of my existing lines in September 2024. I sent both back in separate packages. They both were received and I received an email that both were accessed in good shape and a $1000 credit spread across 36 months at $27.78 credit per month is applied. I noticed that only one line was credited with the trade-in and the other line has no credits. I waited for two full billing cycles and nothing as far as a credit is showing on that line despite the email confirmation from Verizon on September 28th. This is now the second trade-in problem I have had over the past year (I have had three purchases). I have big concerns at this point with Verizon despite my decade plus for my personal lines and business line.  Spending hours with customer service and no resolution.  They say they will call you back and you never hear from them. What is going on?

Rwood75, I'm sorry to see you're having a issue with a trade-in. I see that my colleague was able to help out last month and ensure one of your trade-in promotions was properly applied. We can definitely make sure that's working as well for the other device. As part of that I'll send a Private Message, so I can get some more details.
