I have been back and forth with this Representative who keeps saying "due to technical error" they conveniently can't see the receipt they JUST referred to a couple messages before hand.
On my receipt it shows,the discount on the phone from the promotion ON TOP OF the trade in credit.
They keep telling me the discount is the trade in credit which makes ZERO sense because the phone was valued at $540. The credits currently being taken off add up to $800 over 36 months which is great but I am STILL not earning my trade in credits for the phone. If I won't receive the credits than I would like my phone back. It's been months. This is not cool and I'm tired of dealing with Representatives that can't take accountability.
I think it's time to switch.
