I switch to Verizon back in may, I was told they would cover the cost of my phone at att for up to $800, so I went ahead and switched. I sent them my iPhone 15 próx max 1 tb, they said it would take two billing cycles to get the promotion. Long story short it’s about to be November I haven’t received anything by mail. They first told me I sent the wrong phone which of course I didn’t and after calling back 2/3 times I had to request proof of what phone they had bc I couldn’t get the gift card. They said they would open up the case and let me know 4 to 8 weeks. I called today and they said they don’t have any record of all the calls I’ve made and that they would update 24/48 hrs later.
