Promotional Trade Issue

Went through a promotional trade in with my 13 pro max for the 17 pro max. Verizon constantly promoted this every time I logged in. I took the bait and went through the trade in process, which alone was a hassle  I ordered my phone to be picked up in Redmond, OR store only to have them call and tell me they actually do not have it in stock and couldn’t tell me when they would. I had them cancel the order and did the order online. When I went to send the phone back, Verizon had not sent any send back info. I took the phone to the Redmond store and after 45 minutes, employees printed a shipping label and told me to ship it myself. Disappointing customer service. 

Fast forward two weeks and just received a email that my  1100.00 trade in value was inaccurate. After they evaluated the phone (which was always kept in a case, no battery issues whatsoever) they adjusted it to 235! Unbelievable. No explanation given. I can’t even see my new monthly bill aside from the one I have this month (which is off because of the trade in and the plan change). 

What is the best course of action as I am beyond frustrated to begin with and would be open to moving to another carrier.
