Like other comments I have read, I can't find a way to leave a review so I am doing it here. In March I upgraded one of my phone lines through the online system. I was supposed to receive a box to ship the trade-in back to Verizon. The box never came so my return was delayed. Each time I call customer service I get a person who either seems to have more knowledge of Verizon's system or absolutely none at all. I also have struck out most times and have had to speak with someone in another country who either I can't understand, or they sound like they are reading everything from a script and are of no help. I have been in contact with customer since March trying to get credit for my returned phone. I finally reached someone in the U.S. last week and she gave me a ticket number to call back and follow up on the issue. I called twice today because my account still does not reflect a credit for the returned phone. Both people that I spoke with were not in this country and neither could access the ticket number that I was given. I am beyond angry at this point. I have had my account with Verizon for almost 20 years and never had an issue. Now that there is one, no one can fix it. I give it to the end of today or I am going to switch carriers. This has been ridiculous!!!!!
