I traded in my devices for a promo credit over 2 years ago now. My partner brought his device back to the store the day after I did as he still had some time to complete the transfer necessary to switch devices. Many months later I checked in on our bill noticed we were getting absolutely no trade in credit on his device we traded in. I called the store they have been no help and say they have no record of the device. Iโve called Verizon service many times and the only way they can help is if I have and IMEI for the device. I cannot locate the box for the device on the trades in phone and for over two years now I have been over paying for a device I should have been getting credit for. I have called multiple times since we have had this device and have hit dead end after dead end. At this point I donโt know if there is anything I can do but I would like my money back somehow and hate that I have been penalized for years because someone didnโt properly record my device I brought in. Is there any advice anyone can offer. I know itโs a bit late to be asking this but canโt hurt.

I just realized that this has happened to me. I purchased over the phone. Sent my phone in on time. Should have been around $800-$1000 for my credit and I have nothing on my account. No notes about a trade in...nothing. I am hoping I can find my drop off receipt from UPS.
