Still haven't gotten a resolution for my trade in/billing issue. Someone would reply to me about getting it resolved and then I don't hear nothing else from them. What is it going to take for Verizon to get my bill straight? I'm tired of the agents telling me "I have to  make a ticket and escalate it" or "Wait until 3 to 5 business days and it should be taken care of". I've waited since the beginning of August! How do I really get to the bottom of this? I traded my s23 ultra for a s24 ultra because the s23 ultra was dropping calls. I had problems with them getting that resolved also. Now they charged me $1300 for the s23 ultra because it was showing that it hadn't been received yet. Gave them the ups tracking number and they seen it has been in the warehouse at the end of July!
