Trade-in credit for iPhone 17 Pro Max purchased from Best Buy

I purchased a new phone from Best Buy with the Verizon trade-in promotion.  When I activated the new phone and went to Verizon's site to process the trade-in, it was only offering me $186 instead of the $1100 for the promotion.  

How do I resolve this?

Is this the "Choose any MyPlan, get a new iPhone" promotion being displayed on the website as of the writing of this post?  The fine print on that one says up to $1100 for a trade-in.

If it's the "iPhone 17 Pro on us" promotion and you otherwise meet the criteria for the promotion as outlined in the fine print, then I'd either call, use live chat, or send a private message to @vzw_customer_support  concerning the matter.

Thanks - I have reached out to Verizon customer support and they are sending me a kit to do the trade in.
