I traded in my s10+ during an $800 promo, in person. Now Verizon is trying to charge me full price for the new phone. Thus procuring my old phone completely without paying me for it. Clearly trade ins are not legit and Verizon probably steals a ton of phones from people who give up. It's either get my credit, my old phone, or switch to Tmobile. Verizon would rather give you the run around than help their customers.
