I traded in a galaxy and iPhone as part of a recent promotion to receive $800 towards the new iPhone 15 pro max’s. We had a horrible time with customer service trying to get our return labels and when we finally got our phones sent back we learned our value would be $120 and $40 for each phone. We were assured they were in good condition and met the criteria necessary for the trade in credit. I have images to show the condition they were mailed in. We would have never done the trade in if we knew it would be like this. You run plenty of free phone promotions, so it makes no sense! We want our phones returned to us to seek a full refund from the store or a reevaluation and explanation. We have been longstanding loyal customers for years, but this experience was very upsetting. I look forward to your response to hopefully resolve the issue. Thanks

Hello, Whytetiger88, thanks for reaching out. Please know we appreciate your loyalty over the years and know it's important that you receive your trade-in value. You mentioned an issue with labels and an adjustment on your credits. Were you able to send your phones back by the expected date for return? Was your trade-in offer changed due to a late shipment?

Yes, I have the tracking confirmation that they were received within the window of time for the promotion. I then received an email stating the value for the final trade for each phone.
