Trade in no label

Hello, when I click on “ review details “ for my trade in devices it just takes me to a screen that says “ We could not locate a trade-in order associated with the information provided. Please enter the correct details. “ I’m trading 4 devices in and I can see them all under account activity but it doesn’t work when I click on any of them. Please help I need to send these devices in.

Yes it was the $1000 trade in with any Samsung or Apple phone. Any help is appreciated.

Yes under account activity it shows all 4 devices   with a estimated credit of $1000 for each.

Everything was ordered and submitted thru the chat option on the website.
