Trade-in not honored

My wife and I purchased new  iPhone 15s in September 2023. We traded in an iPhone 8 and 10 respectively.

I was told I would receive about 50% trade in of the $840 value of the  new phone while my wife was told she would receive 100%.  

We were told it would take a couple of months to see this on our bill. 

After three phone calls to Verizon and three visits to the original Verizon store we have seen nothing credited to my wife for a trade in. 

We  have been with Verizon for over 17 years. It leaves us wondering if we need to move on.

Neither my wife or I  received a Submission ID for the trade in of our old iPhone 8 and 10.
